Compared with toner coloring, the advantages of masterbatch coloring:

(1) The problem of environmental pollution caused by the flying toner is improved, and the color change is easy in the process of use. There is no need to carry out special cleaning of the extruder trough, which is convenient to use.  

(2) Strong pertinence and correct color matching. Since the color masterbatch manufacturer has reasonably selected raw materials, additives, processing equipment and processing technology according to the performance of applicable resins in the manufacturing process, and timely corrected and supplemented the color differences that may be caused by different batches of toner in the production process, and then inspected when leaving the factory, it can ensure that the color masterbatch of the same brand and the color of the previous and subsequent batches remain relatively stable.  

(3) Compared with batch resin dry dyeing and granulation and then plastic parts, the use of color masterbatch can reduce the resin aging caused by secondary processing of plastic products, which is conducive to the improvement of the service life of plastic products. " 

(4) In the processing process, under the action of additives, the color masterbatch is fully mixed with the carrier resin. When used, it is placed in the resin to be processed according to a certain proportion, and the color masterbatch quickly enters the role of "in laws" with the resin. Affinity - compatibility is significantly better than toner coloring.
