Process control:


PS is mixed and stirred in a high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes, with a mixing temperature of 100-110 ℃. Low temperature extrusion is recommended for the second extrusion foaming, and the temperature of each section of the material barrel is controlled within the range of 100-185 ℃; The screw speed is 40-50r/min.
