Instant dry adhesives are divided into low whitening instant dry adhesives, high temperature resistant instant dry adhesives, rubber toughening instant dry adhesives and universal instant dry adhesives:

·  Low whitening instant adhesives are commonly used for precision instrument bonding, and no whitening occurs after curing.

·  High temperature resistant transient adhesive is usually used to bond the base material whose working temperature is above 80℃.

·  Rubber toughened instant dry adhesive is usually used for the bonding of rubber base material, which can improve the impact resistance after bonding.

·  The application range of general type transient dry adhesive is very wide, as long as it does not contact water for a long time, a variety of materials can be bonded.

The use of high-temperature instant glue has the following points:

First, before using instant dry adhesive adhesive products, you must use dry cotton cloth or sandpaper to remove dust, oil, rust, etc., and then wipe with thinner to clean the surface to be bonded.

Second, bottled quick-drying glue can be used only by unscrewing the front cover. If you want to control the flow of glue, you can cover the needle or PE dropper after use, to ensure uniform sizing and bonding effect.

Third, place a small drop of instant drying glue on the surface to be bonded, and fix until the glue solidifies. The curing time depends on the type of glue. The thinner the adhesive layer, the stronger it is, and it is best to apply a little pressure before curing completely to make it cure better.

Fourth, after use, clean the bottle mouth and tighten the lid, such as adhesive surface white, can be used cotton cloth or dimethyl formamide removal. Store the glue in a cool and dry place after use. Keep out of direct sunlight.
